Welcome to Sunset Flip Show, where pro wrestling meets television. “Sunset Flip” represents an old pro wrestling maneuver, while the “Show” represents all different popular television shows.

Pro Wrestling and Television have a very unique and in depth history. Most independent promotions strive to get national television coverage in order to thrive as a company. On the other side, television stations have also benefitted from pro wrestling, especially during the Monday Night Wars between WWE and WCW. Today, WWE is one of the top rated shows on USA Network while Impact Wrestling is one of the rated shows on Spike TV.

Pro Wrestlers themselves have a history of being a guest on various television shows. To me, it makes sense to put television and pro wrestling together because of their rich history that still exists in today’s society.
